Detail of the modified throttle hookup with the Lokar kickdown and throttle return.

Serpentine pulley setup - March #2004 WP and stock Ford alt and crank. The WP is overdriven about 1.04 with this setup. The crank pulley if from a 5.0 and the alternator pulley is an Aerostar pulley. It's about 2 3/8" vs 2.0 for the stock 5.0 and lets the alternator turn slower at 6000. The alternator is a 1987 "IC" model that I used to replace the stock alternator/external regulator setup. It still puts out 14.6 at idle, even with the larger pulley.
Below are shots of the new radiator. This is a 31" x 19" Summit unit with Ford outlets. I was able to trim the radiator support to expose the core and still retain the lower grill brackets. No skill here, just luck. The 12" fan runs continiously and pulls air through the trans cooler. The 16" will be triggered by an adjustable thermostat. It' a modular setup - the fasn are wired to a 4 pin connector and the radiator is retained by two straps in the hood latch area. The lower lip of the radiator sits in a channel. Disconnect the hoses, unplug the harness, remove the straps and out it comes. I did fab a small bracket to brace the center of the grill top. The top grill brackets were discarded. One was where the trans cooler needed to be and the other wasn't needed with the center brace.
