Crane Pushrod Guideplate Conversion Kit
P/N: 52655-16

Here is the install details for the Crane adjustable rocker conversion kit. It comes with the studs, guide pieces, lock nuts and some serious locktite. The Energizer rockers are not part of the kit, but one is shown here.
The studs trap the plates in the stock pedestal mount.. The white plastiic inserts allow the use of stock pushrods. I already have hardened pushrods which I think are a little stiffer anyway. Crane suggests socket head cap bolts for use with the kit to clear the guide plates, but the ARP head bolts clear without any problems.
All the pieces in place except the rocker. Works good. Crane does not recommend that this kit be used with mechanical cams, but I have been told by others that they have used it successfully with mechanicals. If you get very radical with your cam setup, you'll want to go ahead with the standard machine pedestal/install stud design.
